Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your HHGregg account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and print a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all manuals, remote controls, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger appliances.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
